I’m currently a Locksmith and a quick description of my job is.

• Help people who are locked out of their home, car, or business
• Cut new keys or program key fobs and transponder keys
• Install, repair, or replace locks on doors, windows, safes, or vehicles
• Rekey locks (change the internal pins so old keys no longer work)
• Work with security systems like electronic locks, keypads, or access control systems
• Open safes or repair them if there’s a malfunction

Typical job duties:

• Helping customers select interior and exterior doors, frames, and hardware
• Explaining product differences (materials, insulation, security, style, price)
• Measuring and ordering custom or special-order doors/windows
• Creating quotes and processing special orders in the system
• Working with contractors, builders, and DIY
• Handling returns, exchanges, and product questions
• Keeping the department organized and stocked

Typical duties include are:

• Mounting and dismounting tires on wheels
• Balancing tires using machines to ensure smooth driving
• Repairing flat tires (patching or plugging punctures)
• Installing new tires on customer vehicles
• Rotating tires and checking tread wear
• Checking and adjusting tire pressure
• Inspecting tires for damage or safety issues
• Using tools and equipment like tire machines, lifts, and impact wrenches

• Some of my responsibilities working at entrench where;
• Carrying and organizing materials like lumber, tools, and concrete
• Cleaning and preparing job sites (removing debris, setting up equipment)
• Assisting tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Using basic hand and power tools under supervision
• Measuring, cutting, or holding materials in place
• Following safety guidelines and wearing protective gear
