Plans, directs and coordinates activities of designated construction projects to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subcontractors.

• Prepare complete estimate from quantity survey to labor and material pricing of commercial and institutional projects both in the private and public sector. Responsibilities included project buy-out, scheduling and cost control of on-going projects.

• Purchasing, scheduling, cost control, and change order preparation on multiple concurrent projects.

• On site supervision and coordination of subcontractors, overseeing cost control, prepare contracts, purchasing, scheduling and preparation of change orders.

• Prepare cost estimates for architects and owners developed from schematic drawings to design development to final bid documents.

• Prepare complete bid from quantity take-off, pricing, to final markup

• Responsible for entire bidding process, from quantity take-off to pricing and final markup
• Prepare construction cost budget, project scheduling, purchasing construction materials, and preparing sub-contracts for subcontractors.
