Snow removal from private residences, including pathways, rooftops, building exteriors, and general cleanup of residences. Maintained vegetation around residences, such as pruning trees and planting flowers.

Performed engineering duties such as HVAC cleaning, simple electrical work, installation and replacement of light bulbs, door handles, faucets, etc.

Performed other duties as needed. Assisted with the housekeeping crew on an as-needed basis. I also cleaned rooms, performed turn down, and any maintenance needed.

Determined work and preschedule for the kitchen crew normally would be about 6 associates. I make sure to execute daily food menus, as well as cook and prepare all the food while using a commercial kitchen. Was always Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the kitchen facility.

• Received incoming seafood for processing. This includes 12-hour work shifts, 7 days per week. I would also do sorting, butchering, cleaning, weighing, and boxing seafood products.

• During these years, I lived in Puerto Rico and also the Dominican Republic. I was the primary caretaker for my family. Worked on various construction projects.
