  • Provide support to maintenance, operations and management, with unclassified downtime and equipment breakdown.
  • Process review that include revisions of SOP, Predictive maintenance procedures , Preventative maintenance procedures and Operation effectiveness.
  • Manage RCFA's from equipment breakdown to major safety incidents with TapRoot process, with focus of reducing (human error outcomes and additional training required) in investigations.
  • Action item tracker to ensure all action items related to downtime and RCFA's are tracked and performed within appropriate window.
  • Develop and track KPI (Asset efficiency, physical availability, use of availability and MTBF) to ensure equipment performing to its designed standards.
  • Follow OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) practices to monitor equipment.
  • Follow EMS (Equipment Management System) procedures to increase and monitor equipment reliability

    • Create and manage conditioned based activities for fixed, rotating equipment and electrical equipment at rod mill and refinery
