This tour is based on a fly in fly out program with a 60' x 70' footprint with the goal to impact spectators and generate leads through data capture. Footprint elements include (data capture ipad station, autograph signing with soccer player, instagram mosaic wall, mc, costume character, spectator competition, cheer card paint station and local Makita rep). Duties: Logistics main point of contact for truck driver, fork lift delivery, festival manager, BA's and labor crew. Manage 8 labor crew for set up and strike, 13 Brand Ambassador and 1 MC.

  • Multicultural Brand Awareness Tour for Toyota, promoting the 2018 Toyota Tundra. The tour elements consisted of towing a 36' Airstream that converted into a mobile coffee shop. Engagement revolved around the FIFA World Cup and a predominant Hispanic demographic with strategic partnerships and viewing components.

  • Public Relations driven Nationwide Tour for Olive Garden. Tour consisted of providing contestant winners with a unique one of a kind experience, connecting the brand directly with families in a close intimate setting, while still providing the 'wow' factor. Footprint consisted of a branded 26' truck with custom kitchen, feather banners, A-Frames, tent, gazebo, tables & chairs. Duties included managing and training BA's, driving the branded truck with built in kitchen, following all DOT laws, main liaison between client and consumer, leaded activation for each event, managed onsite local media when present, scheduled pick up for rental items, captured video, recaps, expenses etc.

Duties included managing BA's at each event, scheduling pick up and delivery of product, confirming event details with the main contact for each market, capturing video, recaps, expenses etc.

Campaign involved setting up at retail stops and events with a 'Yogurt Bar' full with toppings and choice of flavor, with the purpose of engaging the consumer with a great trial experience and high value coupon. Duties included driving a sprinter van equipped with refer unit, making sure van was plugged in at all locations, picking up product throughout the tour, keeping track of inventory, recaps, pictures managing staff, communicating with store manager, set up and tear down etc.

  • Turnkey consumer sampling tour with guest appearance at each location by Soap Opera Star Adamaris Lopez revolving around the Save Lids to Save Lives campaign. Event provided consumers an opportunity to interact with Adamaris and sample Yoplait yogurt. Duties included being the unofficial MC and the main liaison between Hispania Public Relations and retail store, making sure security was on site for the celebrity, inventory (coupons, swag, product) recaps, pictures, managing local staff and driving.

This program involved 3 activation modes (mobile, retail & event) with the intention to generate foot traffic to Tony's official facebook page where they enter to win a 2012 Nissan Cube all revolving around the new square shape. The campaign consisted of hitting highly trafficked areas in major cities. Retail stops with presence inside and outside of location. Duties included driving a Nissan Cube wrapped in 'cheese', recaps, expense reporting, impersonating a paparazzi, tracking inventory scheduling guerrilla stops and main contact for Schwan rep.

  • Promoted the Android for All 2011 campaign. Duties included visiting all Metro PCS stores in Central FL, ensuring all advertising materials where set-up in store, merchandising all materials (posters, t-shirts, stickers, flyers etc.), daily recaps with photos, driving a branded vehicle and making sure the vehicle was presentable at all times. Also maintained communication with SA Studios Global & Metro PCS for all events.

  • Promoted the release of Just Dance 2 for Ubisoft in which schools competed for a spot in a national ad campaign. Dance teams from each school was to perform a choreographed routine at their football game during half time while being recorded by videographers. Duties included managing a team of 8 staff and 80+ students, coordinate with school faculty, train students, track of inventory (premiums & apparel) recaps, expense reporting.

Duties included managing a team of 6, driving a 28' box truck from city to city following DOT rules, coordinating with event contact, picking hotels for team, keeping track of inventory (coupons, flyers, product etc.) recaps, expense reporting.
