Joined project as Primary Superintendent working with Lead Superintendent from groundbreak through Project C of O. Utilized bilingual skills to facilitate and coordinate communication/direction with all field Tradesmen.
- My primary duties included concrete placement including embeds and verification of all layouts, framing and more importantly I was in charge of all MEP/sprinkler installation, coordination and final start up. I worked closely with all the subcontractors to coordinate their work and the schedule to find ways to pick up time and potentially cut costs.
- I have a strong background with the exterior entities such as grading, site concrete, site utilities and landscaping.

- Stonegate Doria, Irvine (Gold Nugget Award winner) 60 units plus swimming pool, club house. From rough grade, grading pads, wet and dry utilities, curbs and gutters, all slabs, framing, and asphalt streets.
