I attended and graduated from a three year university in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico to become a chef, the coursework included preparation of all kinds of food and baking of breads, drinks and pastry.
After graduation I served a six month public service stint at a public library where I created and maintained files for the library, after the library service I completed a six month apprenticeship in a restaurant working as a cook.
After my graduation from the university I periodically prepared various food dished and pastries in my home fro private sale.
