- I’m a lead turnaround coordinator based out of DOW Tx City. My role involves pre-planning, job reviews, verifying plans are correct per job scopes, material is correct per specs and long lead items are identified early. I manage our work inventory list and assure progressions of all job planning are updated and correct. Issue PO requests for all contractors coming on site to perform work (Framework/one time PO’s). Work with our material coordinator to issue off-site P.O.’s for equipment leaving and getting worked off-site. I work with our scheduler to build resource plans to dictate how many of each craft will need to be used to run a safe and efficient turnaround. Work with our cost controller to help manage our budget and stay within 5% plus or minus of our target cost. I work hand in hand with production leaders and or ops coordinators to get a clear understanding of priorities and ensure we meet milestones put in place. I also work with our MTS group to assure inspection scopes are up to date and the plans match the scopes. We strive to archive new plans and utilize task lists. During post work we have to manage our approvals to ensure our resources are paid in a timely manner.

- As a pipe superintendent with ICS, I am responsible for putting together resource plans to put bids in on projects, I must correspond with vendors and contractors to put together estimates that include material and third-party time and material. My duties also consist of managing budgets on certain projects, supplying customers with manpower as needed, and providing safe and efficient work on all jobs. During turnarounds it is important to keep the customer updated and maintain constant and clear communication with not only the client but also my team. I have been the focal point on many large-scale turnarounds and pride myself on being able to work effortlessly through stressful situations.

- I was the Work Activity Coordinator for Energy Systems Oyster Creek, Plant A Powerhouse and all Outside Block Limits. I planned and coordinated 2 power plants, 4 air stations, and 4 fire pump stations. My job was to delegate workload amongst my maintenance crews which consisted of 6 I&E, 2 Machinist, 6 Multi-Craft, 2 Insulators, and 3 Scaffold Builders. Daily work for me also involved morning line up/safety meetings, closing out Work Orders, and working closely with the Gatekeepers and Schedulers to keep the work flowing. I was also responsible for ordering material and getting Emergency and Priority 1 jobs completed in a timely manner when they could not go through the planning process.

- Maintenance field planner for OC-800, Power 3, and Plant A Utilities. As a field planner I would build job packages that include pictures as needed, safety details, MSDS sheets, P&ID’s and job sequences. Working closely with block SME’s, AC/GK’s, WAC’s and Schedulers are vital in ensuring that plans are productive and cost efficient. I’ve had the opportunity to help fill the “back up” WAC role on several occasions and gained experience in doing OPUS updates, cutting PO’s, Sending SUB Work orders to different resources, closing work orders, and facilitating meetings.

- I used to work maintenance in Energy Systems inside of Plan B. My role as Foreman consisted of daily work including Designing Isometric drawings for pipe fabrication, fabricating, tubing bending, bolt-up, tank inspections and repairs, job follow ups, exchanger inspections and repairs, boiler tube repairs and closing job packages.
- I was also asked to be a part of Safety Program steering team called (PBS) “People Base Safety”. This program was created to build a culture that would be driven by field employees other than supervisors in hopes of encouraging everyone in the field to be more safety conscious and open to creating actions to limit unexpected events as a team
