  • Training Oversight: I led the management of 2 T3 Trainers who were responsible for training new associates in all SSD (Standard Skill Development) paths. I ensured that all associates completed their training on time and achieved the required performance standards.
  • ATV Tracking: I tracked ATVs (Associate Training Verifications) for untrained associates, prioritizing their training to ensure it was completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monthly Submissions: I submitted Thrives for T3 every month to monitor and evaluate the performance and development of associates, ensuring continuous training and development aligned with operational needs.
  • Dispatch & Sortation Oversight
  • Sortation & Dispatch Management: I was responsible for overseeing the Dispatch and Sortation process, ensuring all packages were properly sorted, processed, and delivered on time. This was a key aspect of maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting delivery deadlines.
  • Driver Management: I coordinated with the drivers, ensuring they arrived on time for their scheduled blocks. I worked closely with the sortation team to ensure smooth transitions and accurate deliveries.

  • Monitoring DEA (Delayed Early Arrivals): I monitored and tracked DEA for the sortation area, identifying issues related to late sorts, inductions, arrivals, and departures. This allowed me to address delays promptly.
  • Bottleneck Identification & Mitigation: I identified operational bottlenecks and areas where delays were common, developing strategies to mitigate these issues and improve operational flow.
  • Issue Resolution: I worked with team leads and associates to identify discrepancies in sorting and delivery and resolve issues to maintain operational accuracy. I summed bridges for missed packages to ensure consistent service levels.
