Oversee pre-opening construction project until its completion. During this time, I was responsible to hold weekly meetings with construction management team and Four Seasons Corporate management team to discuss operation progress, product craftsmanship details, mechanical assets commissioning and operation. Conducted periodic walks throughout the project to create punch list to ensure Four Seasons Brand standard was being delivered and carried on accordingly to all plans.
Prepared property during pre-opening with all its necessary services to operate, this included meetings with vendors to discuss RFP’s for contracted services such as waste management, pool services, window washing, emergency generator services, domestic water booster pumps and sewage pumps system, chillers and closed loop PMs services.
Oversee electrical contractors during the installation of all new Electrical Vehicles Charging Stations, and work with company to ensure amperage and electrical loads at the premises meet the necessary requirement to execute a successful installation of all new chargers.
Manage a group of professional engineers and oversee all assigned tasks and daily project accomplishments.

This was a brand-new project where I managed since construction started during Pre-Opening. Main duties involved overseeing all trades and working hand to hand with the construction company and with a team of managers and developers who worked diligently in achieving the designed quality product and budgeted goals of the project.
Supervision required understanding of personnel administration and how to coordinate engineering teams to achieve business goals such as safety and quality assurance.
