Led the establishment and development of the Queretaro R&D Tech Centre Team, including Mechanical, Electronic, Software, Systems Engineering and Testing Laboratory teams, reaching 43 member headcount between July-2022 to Dec-2024 by implementing detailed hiring plans, creating a product roadmap for Engineers to work on and constructing a positive work environment.
Planned, constructed and equipped the Product Testing Laboratory, having it completed and accredited under ISO 17025 in July-9-2024 which reduced the cost per hour of testing 60% by implementing cost reduction strategies, selecting competitive suppliers and following with discipline the project timing.
Spearheaded the development of HMI (Human-Machine Interface) products, including capacitive switches, electronic switches, haptic feedback devices, steering control modules, inverters, EV charging ports, USB ports, wireless phone chargers, electronic control units, steering angle sensors, and PCBA's for conventional and electric vehicles (EVs), launching 39 independent projects in 2023 and 2024 resulting in $110 Mill USD yearly revenue by closely following up the Product development process, customer requirements and programs timing.
Directed full involvement in the design and production of PCBA's for SMT, and assembly lines in a cleanroom environment driving integration, quoting, and product development of a wide range of electronic and mechatronic products for mass production in coordination with North America, Europe and Asia engineering center by hiring and training the current crew of 43 engineers between 2022 and 2024 and managing the investment and yearly budget of $9.3M USD.
Developed proposals for clients outlining project scope and timeline. Innovated in the development of Human Interface technology with advanced haptic feedback and electronic systems, by developing smart surface switches, capacitive touch, pressure sensing, electromagnetic devices as well as angle sensors, by understanding customer requirements and translating them in to company deliverables.

Contributed to achieving the IIHS Top Safety Pick for Front Lighting on the DT-RAM 1500 MY 2019, by completing multiple benchmarking studies, drive nights events, reviewing specifications and customer feedback in order to create best of its kind front lighting on pickup trucks.
