Graduate from Fashion Institute of Technology with a Jewelry Design degree and with a background on Model Making for 10 years and 15 years of 3D Computer Aided Design. Expertise includes wax and metal figures and fine crafted jewelry, worked in conjunction with some of the industry's leading designers developing private collections, one of the first pioneers in 3D cad for the jewelry industry through Rhino 3D. I have been part of several well-established companies, such as Hammerman Brothers where I was the foreman of the jewelry workshop for 5 years. Harry Winston, where I was a master jeweler and designer for one of a kind pieces. Tiffany and Company, through MS Nelkin as a product developer and 3D cad designer, also making one of a kind pieces. I also worked with production shops in Thailand China and Italy foreseeing production and special one of a kind jobs for Marina Bulgari. Movement, flow and functionality are some of the most important aspects in successful fine jewelry design. They come from inspiration, motivation and experience, as well as appreciation for the many good things that we find around us like art, music and nature. I try to bring these important elements to every design by keeping the style and look of the original design or pieces and at the same time updating designs for current trends.
