I attended and graduated from a three-year university in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, to become a chef. The coursework included the preparation of all kinds of food, baking of breads, drinks, and pastries.
After graduation, I served and completed a six-month apprenticeship in a restaurant, working as a cook.
After my graduation from the university, I periodically prepared various food dishes and pastries in my home for private sale.
In 2013, I started working in the kitchen at The Springs Restaurant in Bonners Ferry. I used to prepare the desserts and work in the fryer.
