I leverage the practical skills, formal education, and technical experience acquired through EPIC, Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts EHR, and Nuance’s DMO to enhance end-user productivity and improve system functionality. With expertise in implementing organizational change, I effectively lead and mentor staff while directing large-scale healthcare initiatives.

I have hands-on experience supporting operational areas during Go-Live events, where I conducted end-user classroom training for EPIC, Allscripts, and Cerner EHR applications under the guidance of the Instructional Designer. As a credentialed trainer in Orders, OpTime, and Anesthesia, I possess extensive knowledge of Cerner CPOE, SurgiNet, PathNet, and PowerChart. Additionally, I have trained users on Cerner Millennium PowerChart, Orders (CPOE), PowerNote, and Epic’s Inpatient CPOE, OpTime, Anesthesia, Beaker, Radiant, and EpicCare Ambulatory systems.

My background includes experience across multiple electronic medical record (EMR) systems, encompassing classroom training, Go-Live activation support, full implementation cycles, and adherence to Meaningful Use Stage 2 requirements. I also have expertise in Cerner PowerChart Maternity and Fetalink.

I actively mentor colleagues to foster knowledge sharing and provide clinical support in both inpatient and outpatient EMR environments. Furthermore, I am responsible for documenting the completion of end-user training and organizing the logistics of training classes.
