As a Chemical operator, I am responsible for safely handling and processing various hazardous raw materials, including urea, ammonium chloride, ADAM, acrylamide, bromate, MeHQ, phosphoric acid, caustic agents, ammonium hydroxide, and multiple types of industrial oils. I operate chemical processing equipment to mix, heat, and distill raw materials as part of the polymerization process, ensuring all procedures align with strict safety and operational standards. My role requires constant monitoring of critical process variables such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates and making real-time adjustments to maintain efficiency and ensure high-quality output. I conduct thorough quality control tests and inspections on finished polymer products to verify compliance with industry standards and regulatory specifications. Additionally, I maintain accurate production records, operational logs, and process documentation to support internal reporting and meet all regulatory compliance requirements. I consistently apply detailed knowledge of hazardous material handling, chemical safety protocols, and process optimization to contribute to a safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing environment.

In this role, I cultivated and maintained positive, collaborative relationships with students, parents, and faculty to support a productive and inclusive educational environment. I fostered a safe, supportive, and structured atmosphere that encouraged student growth, learning, and emotional well-being. When the lead teacher was absent, I facilitated a smooth and effective transition by taking full responsibility for classroom instruction and daily operations, ensuring continuity in learning. I also worked closely with elementary students exhibiting behavioral challenges, providing guidance and redirection to help them successfully complete daily tasks and remain engaged in classroom activities. My ability to build trust, implement consistent routines, and adapt to individual needs contributed significantly to student success and classroom stability.
