I had a very difficult task on my previous job where one of my clients got a bad reaction to a medication and called the nurse line and resolved and by providing a medication from the pharmacy to resolve the reaction in a timely fashion.

• Authorization to Use Rent Funds for Repairs and Maintenance
• I, Deeqa Khalid Yusuf on behalf of my mother Asha Abdulle Osman(landlord), hereby give permission to Forum for African Women Educationalist-Somalia Chapter (FAWESOM) currently using my property located at Garowe Zone 1st August Village as their office, to utilize a portion of the rent funds to cover necessary repairs and maintenance of the property.
• Engineer Axmed Maxamed Siciid of Al-Hidaaya Construction Company estimated total cost for these repairs and maintenance to be $2,265.00. I understand that this amount will be deducted from the rent payments otherwise due from the organization, and that this work will be conducted to maintain the safety, functionality, and condition of the property.
• This consent is given voluntarily and with the understanding that:
• The funds will be used specifically for property repairs and maintenance.
• The organization will maintain records and receipts of all expenses related to the repairs.
• Any remaining rent due after the deductions will be paid in accordance with our agreement.
• This authorization is effective immediately.
