• Improved team morale by consistently providing clear communication and implementing positive reinforcement strategies.
• Trained in infantry tactics, weapons and medical procedures for well-rounded field support.

We operated heavy machinery used in agriculture. I learned quite a bit in irrigation of grape and almonds. Clearing fields of huge rocks and other hand on laborer.

I learned how to do jobs around the dairy. Some of those jobs where milking the cow throwing hay bales around forking the hay to the cows and operating heavy machinery as well.

• Performed planting, watering, mulching, and edging of lawns.
• Removed weeds, hazards, and debris from common pathways to improve usability.
• Trimmed greenery, shrubs, and hedges to maintain uniform appearance.
• Adapted quickly to changing weather conditions while maintaining productivity levels in challenging environments.
