Originally started with BSN in 2017 as contract labor. As time progressed I would have the opportunity to learn, teach & motivate other as I continue moving through the organization to my current position as Pre-Production manager.

• Lead multiple expansion projects, which required meeting multiple time sensitive deadlines.

• Transitioned from Vinyl to DTF, speeding up production & cost savings in labor.
