Passions and Hobbies
Throughout the years, I have noticed how important it is to keep a balance between mind, body and spirit. More so with the nature of my job and the past epidemic.
I was always interested in human interactions and social patterns and behaviors, hence my predilection for choosing self help and psychology books. By reading them, I have managed to improve my emotional intelligence, being more mindful of my own behavior, as well as raising my social awareness.
In terms of body, I am an avid hiker. I usually try to exercise outdoors as much as time and weather permit. I always choose my holiday destinations with a perspective hike or trail in mind.
Spirit wise, I am really fond of animals, especially cats. I have two rescue cats, that ended up being part of my family in Doha, the city I currently reside. I have tried to get involved in different animal rescue shelters and charities in Doha, such as QAWS, because I feel every stray needs a caring home, or at least a decent shelter and proper food.
