- Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other reports to assess accuracy and completeness
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses
- Report all finances of establishment to the CEO
- File quarterly and annual payroll reports according to the Federal and State government regulations
- Comply and align Federal and State payments within the appropriate timeframe
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare daily cash report
- Compute payroll on a weekly basis for over 50 employees
- Process accounts payable
- Perform journal entries if needed
- Keep track of the chart of accounts
- Work with external auditors and assist them with any required information or documents.
