Responsibility that i currently get to do daily/weekly
Production
-Hopper room
It is my responsibility while at this work station to make sure that cheese is always moving onto the belt as safely and efficiently as possible while keeping up with every GMP.
-Boxing room
At this station it is my responsibility to check every bag for any foreign materials that my be on or in the bags, too check each seal of the bag for any holes or deformations on the seal and to check the weight and date code on each bag.
-Palletizing room
At the palletizing station it is my responsibility to check each box for the correct box label that has the product name, about of bags per box and has the correct date, while stacking each box on the pallets properly and efficiently.
Cleaning:
It is my responsibility to memorize the most efficient and most effective ways to clean each peace of equipment so that each machine and every tool is sanitary and production ready the following day.
It is also my responsibility to memorize each and every weekly cleaning task that must be done properly and efficiently.
Maintenance:
It is my responsibility to go through each machine and look at each part for any ware and replace anything that is worn down or broken, I also go through and do the preventative maintenance that the machines need each week or each month, like greasing bearings on conveyor belts with food grade grease, oiling pistons on the matrix with food grade oil, replace foam pads for the jaw faces and replacing the pull belts if needed, filling palletjacks every Thursday with water to keep the batteries in good health and any other miscellaneous tasks that must be done.
tasks
- At the beginning of each work day I would get the materials that we would need for the job prepared and loaded onto the trailer.
- i would dig out the area for the pour then make sure it was level all the way across, compact the entire area, i would set the forming boards to the correct specifications of the planning sheet per customer request, then i would set rebar and tie it all making sure it was secure ready for concrete to be poured.
- after the pour i would finish the top of the concrete, then clean any equipment the would be used during the day and put it back to its correct places on the trailer.
