- Collaborate with directors and other cast members to develop compelling character portrayals for memorable performances

- As backstage crew, learn ques for set placements and removing on stage sets

- Be supportive and encouraging to other cast & crew members to provide a healthy and positive experience

- Be at every rehearsal and be punctual for optimal rehearsal outcomes resulting in great performances
