I have started as a helper and a ground guy when I was younger to being a crew leader and running my own jobs.
I am lead technician/ operator for the excavation department, I am responsible for my own crew of guys, we do all aspects of plumbing from underground sanitary/storm to any issue inside, along with water services, lining new pipe, bursting new pipe through old underground pipe, any part of plumbing we do.
I am responsible for getting any and all material needed for job ready to dealing with homeowners owners and all inspections if needed, any aspect needed from start to finish the job I am responsible for.
We do residential and commercial, install any and all hot water tanks to toilet shut offs to new build plumbing, reading blue prints, doing invoices collecting payment when job is finished to registering lot line cleanout with pure waters or whatever may need to be done.
Am responsible for making sure my crew is doing job efficiently and correctly and to guide them and to make sure everyone is safe and doing job correctly, leading the crew to give each guy the correct task, and to make sure that which ever crew member is best and or most skilled for the particular job task is the one doing that part of job aspect to complete job as should be.
Responsible for making sure any and all details of Job and or issues get communicated to the office from the start to finish of Job
Was the lead on jobs was responsible for keeping correct time frames and making sure job was getting done, from plumbing to concrete, construction we did it all no job was to small.
Was responsible for maintaining trailer parks as far as any issues to keep them running from water services to broken sanitary lines underground to building and or fixing structures to keep tenants happy and able to live comfortably.
We would do demo work, plumbing work, concrete work, electrical we were an all around handy man company that was self sufficient, had numerous rental properties we maintained
Was lead guy on jobs and would deal with the day to day job details and duties from inspections to dealing with homeowners and or tenants
Was responsible for remodeling of houses from trim work to roofs, utilize all power equipment.
Worked with other team members to meet expectation and to make sure certain parts of job were done on time and correct to accommodate other contractors time line.
Worked by myself on certain aspects of job depending on what needed to be done and done efficiently and correctly
Worked in warehouse distributing products to correct location to be loaded on truck and taken to correct store.
Received product coming in off of vendors.
Operated all equipment forklifts, Power Pallet jacks, High lifts, Clamp truck. Any and all warehouse duties that involved distribution of product.
I am confident in saying I have skills in all aspects of manual labor work, plumbing, concrete, building, electrical -( not power line, or running 220 power to house) I could wire inside a house or run electric to utilities needed in house nothing extreme, Heating and air conditioning, run any and all heavy equipment (excavators to dozers to power forklifts have operated it all)
I have pretty much my whole life, last 20-25 years have learned and or done all aspects of all trades
