Analyze swing speed, launch angle, spin rate, and ball flight using launch monitors (e.g., TrackMan, GCQuad).

• Assess golfer’s height, arm length, hand size, and posture.
• Recommend proper club length, lie angle, shaft flex, grip size, and clubhead design.
• Perform adjustments or order custom-built clubs from manufacturers.
• Provide fitting for all types of clubs: drivers, irons, wedges, putters.
• Annual Brand Certifications – Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fitting systems and product lines across all major manufacturers including Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway, Ping, Cobra, Srixon, Mizuno, and Cleveland.

• Regripping – Replace worn grips for better control.
• Reshafting – Install new shafts for breakage or performance.
• Length Adjustment – Extend or shorten shafts for proper fit.
• Loft & Lie Adjustment – Bend clubheads to improve ball flight.
• Clubhead Reattachment – Re-glue loose or detached heads.
• Ferrule Replacement – Replace decorative shaft rings.
• Swing Weight Tuning – Adjust weight for better balance.
• Rattle Fixes – Remove internal noises or loose parts.
• Refinishing – Polish or restore clubface and sole.
• Paint Touch-Up – Repaint logos or markings.
• Grip Build-Up – Add layers for thicker grip feel.
• Adapter Repair – Fix hosel adapters on adjustable clubs.
  

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist with product selection and answer customer inquiries.
• Resolve complaints or escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Promote products and upsell when appropriate.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Stock shelves and maintain product displays.
• Ensure merchandise is correctly priced and tagged.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking.
