- Restocked hard pack items (packaged lunchables, hot dogs, etc.) quickly. This consisted of rotating new and old items by sell-by date, opening and breaking down boxes, reorganizing backstock to be counted later in the day, and disposing of boxes in the compactor.
- Restocked fresh pack items (packaged red meat, chicken, and seafood). This consisted of locating spots on the wall of items that need attention, finding the corresponding crate in the cooler, dating each product, and filling the wall and promotion bunkers when necessary.
- Took customers' orders at the counter for both meat and seafood. I weighed out the product, typed in the corresponding number, and wrapped the product. Sometimes things had to be sliced, so I was capable of cutting tenderloins to be put out, and salmon per customers' request.
- Cleaned, mopped, took out trash, did dishes, closed both meat and seafood counters each night.
