I am involved in various endeavors outside the scope of Klostermans but in order to facilitate these i am in need of steady fulltime employment. Klostermans has been a blessing in my life. Everything I do, I do at the bequest of God. I live a vigilant life and wait on his movement. now im not sure whats gonna happen when our union contract is up. i know from experience at Roadway that many times investor's purchase, spruce up and sell off parts in the name of streamlining. Its also been my experience thats left me to wonderr i am not really certain what purpose the union really serves and it wouldn't surprise me if we were forced into arbitration or locked out. It seems with my experience in operations as well as in food service( specifically my experience baking and making crust and bread at Avalanche and at the Country Club under the direction of a French Pastry Chef), that there may be a chance that either way I can come down on the side of fence that would allow me the opportunity to continue my employment at the next level securing the financial stability i need to continue my other work without much of a hiccup. i am waiting till i haven't missed a day for a year and then i will have 2 full years of perfect attendance to bargain with also. Thank you for your consideration regardless and truly i appreciate everything this company has done in order to help me.
