Petroleum Loss Control Specialist and Superintendent with more than 25 years of experience in the petroleum and petrochemical industry and over 5 years leading marine and terminal loss-control operations. Over the course of my career, I have worked throughout the United States, Canada, South America, Panama, and the Caribbean protecting client interests during vessel loading and discharge operations. I take pride in minimizing cargo discrepancies, reducing claims exposure, and making sure every transfer is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. I began my career as a Level III Petroleum Inspector and advanced into superintendent and loss-control roles through hands-on experience in ship/shore reconciliation, OBQ/ROB and bunker surveys, cargo sampling, contamination prevention, and marine terminal operations. I have worked with crude oil, refined petroleum products, LPG, bunker fuels, and other petrochemical cargoes, and I am comfortable coordinating directly with vessel crews, terminals, inspectors, customs officials, and clients to solve problems and keep operations moving.
