I have been a huge part of my community for 12 years now I provide weekly lector service on Sundays, greet all visitors, and provided them with information about services or other activities available. I form part of a weekly group prayer we have sessions every Friday and Sunday evening. I participate in outreach initiatives such as visiting hospitals, housebound individuals to offer physical assistance, social interaction, emotional support, prayers, and share the word of the Lord with them spreading my faith through various evangelistic means, including preaching’s, and Bible readings. I participate in a lot of community work with our Nun sisters of the community. I assist with fundraising efforts by soliciting donations from church members and our local community for big major events. I have had the opportunity to coordinate church cell groups and events at the church such as festivals, conferences, and many other activities. I was also a catechist teacher for around 2 years prepared children from ages 7 to 15 years old for their holy sacraments.

· Led daily team meetings with senior managers, floor supervisors, team leads and other production departments to discuss progress, address issues, and plan future actions to help ensure smooth workflow from start to finish to help improve and encourage optimal productivity efficiency in the production area.

· Supported safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on use of control points, equipment, and resources. Also performing regular quality checks throughout the production process to ensure that customer specifications were being met, goods were being produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and meeting all quality standards.

· Assisted with minor equipment repairs that caused troubleshooting malfunctions or operational problems as needed. Performed machine changeovers by reviewing job specifications to properly Set up, adjust and maintain machines to produce pre-determined results, operate at peak levels, and meet challenging demands. Also, issued work orders to notify maintenance department of major machinery failures that were out of reach.

· Conducted, monitored, and trained new staff on all production processes and procedures related to safety protocols and equipment operations to increase efficient productivity, achievement compliance, revenue goals, and reduce employee injuries.

· Supervised a team of 93+ employees enforced company policies, safety regulations, resolved in a professional matter any conflicts between employees, assigned tasks, and monitored all performances making sure all were being efficiently and accurately met.

· Evaluated employee performance through periodic reviews and documented results to provide feedback and guidance regarding their job performance to correct issues and enhance productivity. As well as recommending opportunities for growth and advancement to motivate them.

· Managed daily operations within budget constraints while implementing and calculating labor cost-saving equipment measures maintaining the priority of high-level quality product requirements and production specifications.

· Read, interpreted, and tracked accurate records of daily production schedules. To maintain product inventory levels by establishing order and priority to determine any material order needs, personnel scheduling, and assignments to ensure and meet the production operation demands and deliveries of finished products.
