Responsibilities: Preformed 1G, 2G MIG Carbon steel welding on various types of communication tower poles/pipes, Semi-automatic welding on flanges using rollers, operating overhead cranes to transport finished product to storage racks, fitted communication towers on jigs/freehand, repaired subpar welds to spec using gouger and grinder to remove faulty welds/parts, Welded in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions.

• Welded in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions. Clamped, held, tack-welded, heat-bent and bolted component parts to achieve required configurations and positions. Fabricated shop parts directly from blueprints, Inspected welds and checked critical measurements to meet specifications.

Performed 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G aluminum welding on trailer walls, floors, and bed, Operate Power Tools: 4.5-inch Angle Grinder, 7 1/4 Circular Saw, band saw, Pre-formed heavy lifting at 50 pounds, reading blueprints, performing measurements, Flux-cored Arc Welding for specialty steel parts on aluminum trailer, Operate overhead crane to bring tailgates, center gates to area of operation and installation of trailer parts and accessories.
