• Medallion Architecture Implementation: Designed and implemented a cloud-native data pipeline using Medallion Architecture (Bronze → Silver → Gold), ensuring the end-to-end flow of raw data to structured, insights-ready datasets. The pipeline automated critical business processes such as Open AR management, subscription cancellations, and financial reconciliation.
• Data Ingestion & Transformation: Ingested data from multiple Microsoft APIs and ERP systems into Azure Data Lake, applying advanced data transformations using Databricks SQL and Python to clean, standardize, and aggregate data into Silver and Gold tables.
• Real-Time Data Reporting & BI Integration: Automated ETL workflows to provide real-time, actionable insights by integrating Gold tables directly into Power BI for dynamic dashboards that track key financial KPIs, improving stakeholder decision-making.
• Data Governance & Compliance: Instituted robust data governance practices across all stages of data processing, ensuring data accuracy, security, and consistency across Azure Data Lake and related platforms.
• Scalable Data Architecture: Optimized data storage with Delta Lake, ensuring that large-scale datasets were processed efficiently and could scale to accommodate future growth, while maintaining the integrity and performance of cloud resources.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Led the collaboration across Quote-to-Cash, Partner Alliance, Tax, and BI teams to analyze end-to-end data workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimized processes for improved AR visibility and financial reporting accuracy.

• Data Governance & Reporting: Led efforts in implementing data governance strategies, improving data integrity, and streamlining reporting workflows to ensure accurate financial data across multiple systems (Oracle Fusion, SAP ERP).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Worked closely with finance, IT, and accounting teams to optimize data processes for Open AR management, financial reconciliations, and revenue reporting.
• Automation Leadership: Led the automation of key finance workflows using Alteryx and UiPath, automating processes for SSP completeness, revenue analysis, and financial reconciliation, saving the finance team hundreds of hours during month-end close periods.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilized SQL to build detailed reports and perform in-depth analysis on revenue and financial data, enabling improved decision-making.
• Data Reconciliation & Validation: Designed and implemented automated data reconciliation workflows, reducing manual errors by 30-40%, and significantly enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting.
• Month-End and Year-End Support: Worked with the revenue operations team to analyze and resolve discrepancies in REVPRO reports.

• Played a key role in SAP to REVPRO reconciliation for migration, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating seamless integration of financial transactions.
• Analyzed data from various sources and tables on SAP to review and build well-documented revenue reports in Excel.
• Work cross-functionally with internal IT, vendor support, DBA teams, etc. To analyze production issues and determine the root cause and corrective action.
• Understand data structures, and define your own data dictionary based on each issue reported.
• Worked on multiple UAT activities related to REVPRO reporting, improving the accuracy and completeness of sales data post-migration.

• Writing complex SQL queries using inline views, correlated subqueries, joins, etc.
• Designing constraints and tables.
• Creating indexes on tables to improve performance by eliminating full table scans and views for hiding the actual tables, and to eliminate the complexity of large queries.
• Wrote sequences for the automatic generation of unique keys to support primary and foreign key constraints in data conversions.
• SQL*Loader for data loading in tables from flat files.
• Made use of some of the Oracle 9i and 10g features for implementation.
