May 5th 2020 until June 18th 2020 - Hotel hosted COVID-19 patients partnered with a hospital and I was responsible for handling cleanliness, disinfection, training staffs on safe ways of working methods and using PPE's. No hotel staff contracted COVID 19, all the government and hospital guidelines were implemented.


Responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the hotel with 210 rooms, 2 Ballrooms, 4 meeting rooms, 7 food and beverage outlets. (2 Owned & 5 Franchised)

  • Responsible for Budgeting and Forecasting of HK Operational Expenses.
  • Regular review on Brand standards and ensuring compliance with quality evaluation.
  • Review all processes of Housekeeping operations, ensure service delivery as per standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Part of HACCP committee
  • Owning company management in line with all purchases related to the department.
