Helping people in real emergencies is something I’ve grown to care deeply about — it’s not just a job to me, it’s a calling. I grew up in this community, and it’s always been important to me to give back to it. Working as a lifeguard and EMT has shown me how much I value being someone others can count on when it matters most. It’s taught me to stay calm under pressure, stay in shape, and always be ready to act. I’m driven to start a career in firefighting — not just for the job, but because I want to serve in a way that means something and makes a real difference.
