As a Critical Care RN in a fast-paced ICU setting, I deliver high-acuity care to patients with serious and life-threatening conditions. My responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, managing life support systems, and collaborating with physicians and care teams to create patient-specific treatment plans. I ensure strict compliance with hospital safety protocols and document all care activities accurately using EMR systems. My training in BLS and ACLS allows me to respond swiftly to emergencies and deliver effective critical interventions.

In this role, I administered prescribed medications under supervision and ensured timely, accurate delivery in accordance with facility policies and state guidelines. I closely monitored residents for side effects or reactions, maintained comprehensive medication records, and communicated frequently with families and licensed staff to provide continuity of care. I also offered daily emotional and physical support to residents living with memory impairment, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.

As a CNA, I provided hands-on care to residents in a long-term care facility, supporting their daily living activities including hygiene, ambulation, nutrition, and social interaction. I monitored and reported any changes in residents’ conditions and collaborated with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure each patient received personalized and dignified care. My role emphasized patient advocacy and the maintenance of a clean, supportive environment.
