• Develop and implement curriculum, assessments, and instruction aligned to Minnesota state standards.
• Promote academic achievement through the facilitation of grade-level Professional Learning Community meetings focused on fostering effective communication, collaboration, data-analysis, and resource sharing.
• Utilize Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) to establish expectations, foster a positive school climate, enhance safety, and reduce problem behavior.
• Implement differentiated instruction techniques and integrated technology to cater to diverse learning styles and meet students' individual needs.
