I started my career in real estate in 2020 when during the global pandemic when there was a lot of uncertainty and interest rates were at an all-time low. Prior to this role, I spent the first eight years of my career in management for a fortune 500 corporation, where I developed skills in leadership and business acumen. With the skills I had learned at Starbucks, I applied myself to learning an entirely new field and within 5 months, I was promoted from an operations role to the account executive for my company’s largest client. I quickly grew their business with us from 15% to 40% through operational excellence and strong communication. I worked to not only maintain but grow our client base through CRM tools, relationship development and delivering quality results.
After two years in the real estate industry, I was recruited to an account representative position at Uber Eats. With my combined business acumen, account management, and hospitality experience, I decided to take on a more sales-oriented role to continue to develop new skills. After spending a few months diving deep into sales, I was recruited back to my real estate career into a new role that focuses on business development. Since returning, I have become a licensed real estate broker in Washington state, immersed myself in the sales and growth of my company, and been on the front end of planning the sales cycle. Looking forward, I hope to advance my career in real estate and apply my skillset to a role in which I can make an impact and grow.
