• Curating the Season: I ensure Phoenix Theatre's production diversity by selecting a season of plays that balance audience favorites and innovative works while representing diverse voices.
• Directing and Production: Lead and supervise stage managers, designers, and other artistic personnel as a Line Producer for resident theatre companies and Phoenix Theatre productions. This includes writing contracts and managing Phoenix theatre production payroll.
• Student Programming: Designed and implemented the PTCC Playbook: A student program for high school students with various opportunities in the theatre, such as student Matinees, student gallery exhibits, summer Classes, and internships.
• Community Engagement: Curate thought-provoking trail talks focused on the themes of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), Social Justice, and current events. These talks facilitated meaningful conversations and fostered connections between the theatre and the Indianapolis community.
• Theatre Rental Management: Oversee rentals for film screenings, musical events, play readings, and diverse events related to theatre, art, music, and dance. This involves managing inquiries, bookings, contracts, technical specifications, and logistics, ensuring a successful event and financial sustainability for the theatre.

• Exhibition Development: I curate a series of engaging exhibitions throughout the year, selecting artists and themes that complement the theatre's artistic vision and spark conversations.
• Artist Selection: I research and identify talented visual artists whose work aligns with the chosen themes and resonates with the audience.
• Exhibition Management: I oversee all aspects of the exhibition process, from initial planning and artist liaison to installation, promotion, and visitor engagement.

I founded Underground Sound in 2017 to empower emerging Midwest artists of all mediums (music, spoken word, visual arts, and dance) by providing a platform for creative expression and community engagement.

• Event Curation & Management: Curated over 40 open mic events and two music festivals (U.G.S Summerfest & Roots Music Festival 2024) , fostering a vibrant underground arts scene.
