As a teacher, I believe each student is unique in the way they learn and their individual needs should be my main focus while also maintaining clear and established routines and procedures. I encourage students to learn by working together and through doing. Play-based learning is effective in teaching science as it is a very hands-on subject. I strive for my classroom to be interactive and student-led while maintaining a positive educational environment. The success of my students is my main focus within the classroom and instruction delivery will be catered to their individual needs. Each of my students will know they are loved and respected by me as their teacher, advocate, and encourager.
