The Wellness Director assists in day to day functions of the human resources department, including, leadership of a comprehensive 6 dimension wellness program. Program benefits will include third party resources, holistic wellness management, training, learning and development, employee engagement, support the mission and vision of our company.

● Plans and implements classes, speakers, seminars, personal training, nutrition and fitness assessments that promote healthy lifestyles.
● Develops promotion and publicity plans for wellness and fitness programs throughout the organization.
● Compiles statistical summaries of participant data, class attendance, and equipment
inventories to ensure proper detailed program evaluation.

● Selects or supervises contractors, such as event hosts or health, fitness, and wellness practitioners

● Organizes and oversees fitness or wellness events or programs, such as information presentations, blood drives, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) or first aid training,
organized runs or walks, employee contests/challenges.
● Provides one-on-one coaching to employees who have health concerns or questions
● Facilitates and instructs small and large group workshops, presentations, and discussions on a variety of wellness topics including physical activity, stress management, emotional well-being, financial wellness, resiliency, and more.
● Plans and assesses short and long-term business objectives and goals for wellness perks, to determine satisfaction levels, areas of improvement, and potential sectors to target among employees.
● Provides consultation and scope of practice advice on best practices, industry trends, and emerging issues.

Collaborates with the leadership team, hiring managers, and our external HR consulting team to ensure recruiting processes align with established standard operating procedures and overall people strategy.
● Provides customized support for each hiring manager based on their recruiting needs and proactively works on building a pipeline of qualified candidates.
● Collaborates with the marketing team to implement and test creative sourcing, job posting strategies and maintains a cohesive recruitment brand.
● Uses ATS for current applicant status and manages employee referrals
● Provides a consistent, excellent candidate experience by communicating proactively with candidates on status updates and other pertinent information.
● Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
● Assist with processing new hires, onboarding, orientation, and serves as a consistent point of contact for new team members.

Partnered with clinical hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs for Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians.
● Sourced candidates through cold calling, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs, conferences across 13 states
● Generated and maintained internal and external job postings and determined effective advertising mediums
● Pre-screened, interviewed, assessed, and hired top-quality candidates
● Performed thorough background and reference checks on all potential candidates prior to job offer
● Managed relationships with colleges, external agencies and vendors, including national/international conferences who advertise and promote targeted jobs
