Yoga has been a daily part of my life for the last 8 years I discovered hot yoga as a way to manage stress and anxiety and was forever hooked on the heat, the practice and the way my mind and body felt after each class I now try to balance my yoga practice by taking and teaching both heated and non-heated classes as well as incorporating weights into some of my classes
My practice really began in college but it wasn't until I came back from the Peace Corps that I fully understood the power of yoga and dove into teaching I have deepened my understanding of yoga and enjoy teaching, learning and exploring new styles
