Summary
I am a Unit Manager of a sub acute unit with 36 residents that I and my team manage on a daily basis. I became a CNA at the age of 18 and worked at RivewView Estates for mt entire CNA career. In 2019 I attended Bucks County Community in person and during the third semester Covid hit and the program became completely remote. I graduated in June of 2020. In August of the same year my daughter was diagnosed with Leukemia but i managed to pass the NCLEX with constant studying and hard work. My first job as an LPN was Sterling Manor where most resident were young and recovering from opioid addiction. At this job i learned all about administering IV antibiotics and wound care. In 2021 I was brought on to the Care team at Complete Care Marcella. In a few short months i proved my capabilities of being and LPN and was promated to Unit Manager.
