It was a module under CRM customization development project.
In that, we were developing UI automation framework for ADX portal which is a part of CRM portal using existing CRM UI Automation framework.

• Explain the existing frameworks designs to Onshore counterparts

TIA - RSA, London, UK

RSA is one of the world's leading multinational insurance groups. RSA provides Insurance products
and services to over 20 million policyholders. This project is related to developing & maintaining
Insurance application for RSA using TIA (The Insurance Application) and provides distributed
support for this application using .Net WCF Services architecture. This phase of project is scoped
only for RSA Denmark. In coming future it will be replicated to across RSA Sweden and RSA Norvey.
The project currently has Accenture FTEs, working on the different aspects of this project, including
Technical support from both Denmark and India. The project is to implement a customer service
system based on the Insurance Application-TIA with new technical Process and architecture.

Responsibilities:

● Worked as Module Lead in this project.
● Requirement Gathering: Understand the existing architecture of the different systems across RSA and the change across the system as a part of this assignment.
● Design: Effectively handling requirements by proposing and supporting the design, development and testing of solutions for CDP Services, Conducting impact analysis and following through on execution of changes.
● Frequent Interaction with Accenture Denmark colleagues
● Support other developers: Providing support for others involved in the development and testing of solutions, including programming, technical, and functional assistance, reviewing changes and code.
● Involved in setting up IIS 7.0 on Windows Server 2008 R2 for WCF Services using BasicHttp and NetTcp Bindings
● Design and development of a POC of Logging and Exception Handling in Services using RSA.Common.Component Dll which is written using Enterprise Library 4.1

Sabre Desktop Framework

The Sabre Desktop Framework consists of various components named Bootstrapper, Download
Manager, Event Routing Service, Partition Manager, Application Checker etc. Each of these
components has its own distinct features.

The Sabre Desktop Framework (TDF) is envisaged as a framework on which various UI centric
applications are built. The framework provides a consistent way of building UI centric line of
business applications for various Standard Chartered teams.

The framework also drives down development time and standardizes application development by
providing a lot of infrastructure services needed to build applications.

Responsibilities:
● Involved in design and development of Partition Manager component
● Design and development of a Log File Remote Download component ( a WCF Service and WPF application)
● Involved in design and development of Log Viewer application and Mock Logger Service
● Involved in testing phase of the framework

SBHotel – Hotel Reservation System

It’s a hotel reservation site which provides information about 40,000 hotels from all over the world and allows user to navigate through different hotels to plan their holiday by booking hotel in any countries. It also includes Theatre breaks and Attraction breaks along with hotel booking. Currently it uses SuperBreak and Tourico provider for hotel information. This information is retrieved by calling their respective web services. Following are the key features of this site –
1. Online XML communication with SuperBreak & Tourico booking system. Hotel related information is fetched from SuperBreak & Tourico web service, which is then mapped to generic format (typed dataset), which will be used to display hotel information to end users.
2. Facility for simple search, live search and map hotel search
3. Load testing with JMeter, OpenSTA
4. Testing WAI AA Standards using Cynthia Says & WebXACT
5. Dynamic packaging for Theater breaks. System allows packaging Event or show with Rail and hotel booking.
6. Dynamic packaging for Attraction breaks. System allows to package Theme parks with Rail and hotel booking.
7. Search engine optimization for website
8. Administrative tool to manage website content such as banners/images and promotional text on web page. It generates various reports and graphs to analyze the bookings.
9. Offline synchronizer - Synchronizes the static data related to properties from two providers to local data storage.
10. Implementation of GMap in the site.

LMS – Learning Management System

This project is developed for managing different kinds of e-learning related contents, keeping track of user/student progress and online examination. System has two sides as Administrator side and Client/User side.
From administrator side admin can manage the users and user groups, exam contents, mail set up (for sending to user), FAQs, announcement etc.
From user/client side, user can use for understanding the e-learning course assigned to individual, add forum entry, attend the online examination.
This system keeps track of individual user information such as progress in contents assigned to him/her, exam related information or any other schedule event information by sending the scheduled mails to user.
