While working for Freddie O'Connell's Campaign for Nashville Mayor, I was a committed field organizer with forthright approach that expertized in campaign politics and willingly took on tasks to achieve organizational goals. By working perpetually for the campaign, I was able to help build a strong community of like-minded people who want to progress the city. I advanced this role into an internship at the mayors office, and later, an assistant job position where I continue to serve as a resource for Metro Nashville residents to improve and expand developing neighborhoods.
Working at in the restaurant industry, I have mastered multiple job positions including hostessing, to-go serving, fine dining table service, bartending, and even substituting in manager positions. I became the leading trainer for hosts by exhibiting polite greetings to guests while maintaining an organized work environment. I practiced multitasking frequently between arranging reservations, giving directions, keeping a clean workspace, and helping customers over the phone, all while providing a sophisticated experience that exceeds customers' expectations. While serving, I perfected timeliness and memorization while paying strong attention to detail to give each table seamless service. Occasionally, I would fill in for an absent manager in the kitchen window, and lead my group of colleagues to maximize efficiency and productivity.
