Started out in billing and scheduling service calls. Checking in equipment in, putting job name and numbers on outside of box and putting into bins.

Later I was moved up to Office Supervisor. I handled accounts payables and receivables daily. Responsible for inputting payables daily and sending updated chart at end of day to General Manager and Owner to review and they would let me know which vendors to process payment for. Accounts receivables I would process daily and Owner would tell me which account to deposit into. Weekly would call on past due accounts and send out statements monthly.

Duties: Typed bid letters for Owners/Co-Owners. Answered phone and transfer to correct extensions. Opened and processed incoming mail and put into each manager's box. Accounts receivables pulled invoices for GM to process. Made the bank deposit for GM. Made sure all jobs received were set-up and folders up to date with all materials and equipment list to be ordered. Once job completed made sure all paperwork was collected and put job in box for filing.
