With 30 years experience in education, I believe I can be an asset partnering in ministry at OBCC school serving students, Administration, teachers and staff. Sharing the Gospel of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, working in conjunction with the teachers to insure the love of Jesus is shared as an intentional part of every classroom, the curriculum and every school program. I will be an asset to the school working in collaboration and support of the Principal, establishing short and long term goals insuring maximum enrolment, increased student programming and local demographic inclusion in conjunction with honoring and embracing all current successes. My most recent position as High School Counselor of 18 years has prepared me to assess school and student needs, support school policies, goals and discipline. I am a professional skilled in student/parent communication and assessing of needs and challenges, developing individualized plans for success. I am experienced in public speaking involving faculty, classroom, parent education and the student body. As I have several family members who are part of OBCC school, I am passionate about working to insure the very best academic and spiritual learning environment possible for their future as well as every other student.

Affiliations

  • On a personal note, my husband and I are members of Lakeshore City Church in Corona. We have been members there for 14 years. We oversee the Marriage Ministry, my husband serves as a Deacon and I am part of the worship team. We attend church and Bible Studies weekly. We believe in the inerrant word of God in the Bible and follow a conservative Biblical world view. We believe in sharing the truth in love and focusing on the essentials of the Christian Faith.
