Remote quality position responsible for the timely review of plan of care and OASIS time points in the electronic medical record to ensure accuracy of OASIS items, supporting several LHC Home Health care teams and offices as assigned.
Thoroughly reviews the medical record as part of the OASIS review process and recommend the most accurate codes, adhering to official OASIS guidelines as approved by the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Generate reports detailing findings and recommendations.
Communicate with QR Supervisor, Executive Director, Patient Care Managers and Clinicians to collaborate findings of chart reviews and appropriate changes needed.
Participate in weekly case conferences with assigned offices to share feedback and support performance improvements.
