With the ongoing delay to the VA project, I have been stepping into support client projects:

• OCONUS support in Guantanamo Bay and Japan
• Commercial Go-Live and Training support
• VA support at FHCC for Training Courses, Deployment activities and Go-Live support
• Facilitated provider training sessions and clinical support on a Commercial site in Puerto Rico

• Physician and Behavioral Health tracks-facilitated Workflow Adoption, Integration Testing, Training and Go-Live activities for the VA events
• Promoted professional and personal development of individual team members by offering knowledgeable advice on technical aspects and methodology resulting in change to team dynamic and more focus on the project plan
• Spearheaded and led weekly knowledge transfer sessions to the Clinical Consulting community resulting in significant confidence build for new associates who were not familiar with Oracle Health solutions

• Presented scripted and unscripted Behavioral Health functionality to inpatient, community-based and residential facilities
• Contributed to the bid submissions
• Demonstrated current and future Cerner functionality at a variety of conferences

• Provided consultation for Behavioral Health projects in the State and Local Government space
• Activities include workflow analysis, identification of value measurements and key performance indicators, change management, testing, go-live readiness assessments, implementation activities and health-checks post go-live.
• Collaborated closely with clinical staff to ensure a smooth transition during the implementation of new health IT systems, minimizing potential disruptions to patient care.

• Collaborated with members of the Department of Health Informatics, Clinical Operations, Administration, and Research Teams for the successful adoption of the electronic medical record at a Greenfield site. Role included development of Cerner curriculum and delivery.

• Contract assignment for EPIC Ambulatory (EpicCare) training to >2,000 nurses, physicians, superusers, and allied health specialists.
• Contract extended to train Cerner's Bar Code Medication Administration. Received above average training reviews.

• Contract assignment for provider Cerner Millennium training, curriculum development, scheduling and go-live support.
• One of six Concierges who successfully scheduled and trained 93% of 807 providers before go-live date. Received above average training reviews.

• Contract assignment for physician and nurse Cerner Millennium training and go-live activities at five critical access hospitals.
• Supported end-users in the Outpatient Clinics, Inpatient, Obstetrics, and Emergency Services.

• Contract assignment at an Academic Medical Center to train over 10,000 hospital staff on Cerner Millennium applications in a single year
• One of four consultants selected to provide remote support and successfully managed >75% of end-user calls before escalation

• Trainer for provider EMR education in a six-member primary team. Partnered with numerous departments in the Western and Arizona regions to get over 6,000 providers trained in CPOE
• Development of training material related to the organization’s strategic initiative in meeting “meaningful use” requirements
