• Conducted comprehensive critical vendor reviews on tier-1 critical vendors providing a service to the company; reviewing the strength and applicability of the vendors’ Business Continuity Program in order to make vendor selections
• Lead annual business continuity program tests, documenting results in accordance with regulatory requirements, as well as customer and vendor due diligence reviews
• Critical part of the Crisis Management Team, reporting to senior leadership in order to deliver education on crisis management procedures
