- Operate hinge assembly. Perform pick up the hinge parts from the Saw machine station to carry them into the hinge punch machine station to punch a tiny hole at both sides. Next, drill power hand all hinge rails at both sides. Assemble small plastic parts to drill by power on the top of the hinge rail tightly and then put hinge rubber parts inside the hinge rails and cut off the rubber parts at the end of the side. Put the completed assembly of the hinge rails into a cart for the Panel Assembly.
- Completed durable assemblies and subassemblies with hand and drill power tools.
- Conducted quality assurance inspection on finished components and identified issues.
