I created this LLC to work with real estate investors all over the United States.

I also receive many deals from brokers i.e. multifamily, hotels and some single family.

Wholesaling is one of the prime functions of this LLC until I can actually invest in rentals and multifamily mysellf.

Due to seller's market, wholesaling is really not that lucrative.

In the future, I would love to join a team of investors to raise capital and syndication on multi-million dollar deals.

I have had a lot of experience providing financials and the -protocol for receiving financials for prospective buyers, which includes gathering POF, NDA, company bio and LOI.

I have schedued many inspections and analyze the details especially issues of construction defect and/or flooding.

I have a lot of paid education and self-education as I follow many gurus and attend zooms from Facebook.

I have grown so much by surrounding myself with these gurus.
