Social worker with a caseload of around 50 adult guardianship cases–adult persons declared by the court as disabled and incompetent in handling their own affairs.

• Assist residents with daily task helping with hygiene and medications.

• Participated in SCM training program to insure safety for children.
• Assisted children in learning coping skills, helping them express their emotions in a healthy way.
• Monitored children's behaviors utilizing successful techniques and redirected inappropriate behaviors.
• Documented accurate reports of child's behavior to help determine child's progress.
